Kalavassos is a picturesque eco-tourism village which retains traditional Cypriot charms and ambience, whilst enticing tourists through its various facilities and attractions.

The focus of the friendly community is centered around the village square, with its traditional coffee shops, beautiful church and stone houses. Kalavassos Traditional Village is situated in a rural location, 3km from the coastal village of Zygi and the picturesque hillside village of Kalavassos. The location offers easy access to the highway network with Limassol only 25km to the west and Larnaca 35 km to the east. The proposed signature Golf Course at Tersefanou village is only 25km away.

Surrounded by natural landscapes with sea views to the south and the mountains to the west, the complex is just 50metres from local amenities. In the surrounding villages you can find traditional shops selling local lace and handmade silver ornaments and some of the best traditional fish restaurants and taverns on the island.

General Information about the Complex

The project’s architects, inspired by the traditional Cypriot design that prevails in the surrounding villages, have recreated a small village-type resort, housing 68 individual units.

Kalavassos Traditional Village will comprise of 28 one-bedroom apartments, 28 two-bedroom apartments (all with en-suite bathrooms), 8 two-bedroom houses and 4 three-bedroom houses with private gardens. Most of the houses come with private swimming pools.
