The complex is located in close proximity to the complex Nessebar Fort Club and the proposed new complex Holiday Fort Golf Club right next to the lovely Aqua Park in Sunny Beach. The owners of apartments in this complex will become members of our GOLF CLUB and can practice their strikes and pads and improve their golf skills on the training putting green with 15 holes on the territory of the complex or in our GOLF CLUB the whole year around. “Nessebar Fort Golf Club” will consist of 4 sections D1, D2, D3 and D4 and will have 47 apartments – 4 studios and 43 one bedroom apartments.

Completion Date
- Building work is expected to start in June 2006
- Rough building and roofing is expected to be finished in February 2007

Payment Terms
The payment schedule is very advantageous for the investors:
- 30% of the price less the 1000 Euro reservation fee is due within three weeks from the date of the reservation;
- 20% is due at finishing of the roofing works;
- 50% is due at completion - You start using the apartment
- The legal services for transferring the deeds are taken by Fort Noks – clients pay no fee for that.
- You pay additionally only the half (1,5% of the amount of the deeds) of the notary and other state costs for transferring the deeds.
