Location of the Complex

This fantastic new project is located on the Obzor coast, near to a white sandy beach and the future Yacht Port. The town of Obzor lies in the skirts of the eastern part of the Stara Planina Mountain with the mountain ridge rising to the west of the city and the Dvoynitsa River bordering it to the north. Obzor is a coastal town located on the Black Sea coast surrounded by vineyards, forests and farms. Obzor beach is one of the last remaining undeveloped stretches of naturally sandy coastline in Bulgaria. The beach stretches for 6 kilometers and is one of the best in Europe with its crystal clear waters known for their clean and safe swimming. It is also perfect for surfing and water skiing.

Costa Obzor is only 20km north of Sunny Beach and less than an hours drive away from two international airports located outside Bulgaria’s second and third largest cities of Varna (55km) and Bourgas (73km).

General Information about the Complex

The development is located next to two 5-star hotels which are already in operation, and consists of 110 one and two bed apartments. The apartments come furnished, and the units on the 4th floor (apartments number 10 and 11) have very wide terraces. There are two small blocks with 22 apartments in each block and two blocks with 33 apartments. There are 2 swimming pools in the middle - one for children and one for adults plus green areas. The complex is less than one minute walking distance to the beach.

General Information about the Area
